Reservations and Prices
How much does an apartment cost per night?
Prices vary depending on the type of apartment, the season, the length of stay, and availability. The price is always per apartment, not per person.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, mandatory hotel fees and service charges are included, except for the Tourist Tax.
Tourist Tax: €2.00 per person, per night, in the municipality of Albufeira (applicable to guests aged 13 and older).
Applies to stays between April 1 and October 31, up to a maximum of 7 nights, and must be paid at check-in.
Are there any discounts or special rates?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for long stays, early bookings, and seasonal promotions, subject to availability.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on the rate you select. Please read the cancellation terms provided before confirming your reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be modified or canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions of your reservation.
Is a deposit or prepayment required to reserve an apartment?
Some rates require a deposit or full prepayment. This information is clearly displayed during the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?

What time is check-in?
The check-in deadline is 4:00 p.m.
What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, you can store your luggage in the lockers before check-in and after check-out (refundable deposit required for the key).
What documents are required for hotel check-in?
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Do they require a deposit at check-in?
If we determine that the guests are a group of students, a group of young people, or a bachelor/bachelorette party, we require a refundable deposit of €300 / £300 in cash and a signed agreement accepting the hotel’s code of conduct.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old if traveling without a parent or legal guardian.
Hotel Rules
No noise or music is allowed in the apartments between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

What types of apartments are available?
We have 5 types of apartments:

1-Bedroom Apartment with Pool View (max. 4 people): living room with 2 sofa beds and kitchenette, shower or bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, balcony.
One-Bedroom Apartment with Superior Pool View (max. 4 people): located in the main building (where the reception and bar/restaurant are located), living room with 2 sofa beds and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, balcony or terrace.

T2 (max. 6 people): living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub/shower combination, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or a double bed, balcony.
3-Bedroom Apartment (max. 8 people): located in the main building (where the reception and bar/restaurant are located), living room with 2 beds and a sofa, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower or bathtub/shower combination, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds or a double bed, 2 balconies.
What amenities are included in the apartments?
All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.
Is free Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, in the bar/restaurant, and in the reception area.
Does the hotel have a switchboard?
Yes, all apartments have a central phone to contact the front desk, the bar/restaurant, or other apartments.
Do all the apartments have a safe?
Yes, please contact the front desk to get the key (€2.50 per day and a €20 refundable deposit).
Are the apartments non-smoking?
Yes, all apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking.
What amenities does the kitchenette have?
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, stove, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, and a refrigerator with a small freezer.
Are dish soap and a sponge included?
No.
Does the hotel have a convenience store?
Yes, open only during the high season.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath (extra charge).
Can I request an extra bed or a crib?
The crib is free, but must be requested in advance.
Does the hotel provide high chairs?
This can be requested in advance (additional cost).
Does the apartment have a hair dryer?
No, but it can be requested at the front desk upon payment of a deposit.

Is breakfast included in the stay?
Breakfast is included depending on the room rate you select. Please check your booking details.
You can also upgrade to BB (breakfast) upon arrival or pay daily at our restaurant.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, we have a restaurant open all day that serves breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner.
Does the hotel have a bar?
Yes, we have a bar that offers entertainment.
Is room service available?

How often is cleaning done?
Cleaning is done every other day.
Cleaning is done after check-out, usually in the afternoon until 5:00 PM.
How often are the towels changed?
Twice a week; if they aren’t needed, please leave them on the towel rack.
How often is the bedding changed?
The bedding is changed every 8 days.
How do I report maintenance work?
Please contact the front desk. Maintenance services are available only until 6:00 PM.
What guest services does the hotel offer?
We offer tours for sale at the front desk and transfers to any location in the Algarve (additional fee).
Guests can exchange currency at the front desk. We have a games room.
Does the hotel have foreign TV channels?
Yes, we have multilingual channels on TV.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Are children allowed at the hotel?
Yes, children are welcome.
Does the hotel have an age restriction?
Yes, passengers under the age of 21 may only check in if they are traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
