Reservations and Prices
How much does a villa cost per night?
Prices vary depending on the type of accommodation, season, length of stay, and availability. The price is always per accommodation, not per person. Visit our booking page to see the latest rates and special offers.
Are taxes and fees included in the price?
Yes, all mandatory hotel taxes and service charges are included in the final price, except for the TOURIST TAX: According to Regulation No. 448/2024, published in the Official Gazette on 04/30/2024, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per night, applies in the municipality of Albufeira.

- Payable at check-in.
- Applies to stays between April 1 and October 31, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Do you offer discounts or special rates?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for long stays, early bookings, and seasonal promotions, subject to availability.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the accommodation rate you select. Please review the cancellation terms provided before confirming your reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be modified or canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions of your reservation.
Is a deposit or prepayment required to reserve a villa?
Some rates require a deposit or full prepayment. This information is clearly displayed during the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
Check-In and Check-Out
Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?
No, the front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to midnight.
After those hours, you can reach our partner hotel toll-free via the main phone line inside the villa (dial 9).
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM until midnight.
Very important! If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance. In this case, your key card will be placed in a secure locker at the front desk, and we will provide you with the access code.

What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. If your transfer is before 8:00 a.m., please check out by midnight the previous day.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, you can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out, free of charge.
What documents are required for hotel check-in?
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Do they require a deposit at check-in?
Yes, all guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of €50 in cash for the key card and all remote controls. If we determine that guests are a group of students, a group of young people, or a bachelor/bachelorette party, we require a refundable deposit of €300 / £300 in cash and a signed agreement accepting the hotel’s code of conduct.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old if traveling without a parent or legal guardian.
Rooms and Amenities
What types of housing are available?
We have 3 types of villas, all with 2 floors:
2-bedroom villa for up to 4 people (lower floor: kitchen, shared bathroom, and living room with 2 sofa beds; upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, balcony).
2-bedroom villa for up to 6 people (lower floor: kitchen, shared bathroom, and living room with 2 sofa beds; upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, balcony).
3-bedroom villa for up to 7 people (lower floor: kitchen, shared bathroom, and living room with 2 sofa beds; upper floor: 3 bedrooms – 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub/shower combination, 1 bathroom with shower only, balcony).
Do any of the townhouses have a rooftop terrace?
Yes, 14 of the 21 two-bedroom homes have a rooftop terrace.
What amenities are included in the townhouses?
All villas include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a hairdryer, a BBQ, and complimentary toiletries.
Is free Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all villas and in the bar/restaurant and reception area.
Do all the houses have a safe?
Yes, there is an extra charge. Please contact the front desk to obtain the code.
Are the houses non-smoking?
Yes, all homes and indoor areas are non-smoking.
What appliances does the kitchen have?
The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, and freezer.
Are dish soap, sponges, or dishwasher tablets included?
No, but you can purchase them at our convenience store located in the lobby.
Does the hotel have a convenience store?
Yes, we have a small convenience store at the front desk where you can buy all your essentials.
Does the hotel have a spa?
No, but we can book a massage for you (additional charge).
Can I request an extra bed or a crib?
The crib is free of charge, but must be requested in advance. The extra bed is subject to availability (additional charge).
Does the hotel provide high chairs?

Food and Beverages
Is breakfast included in the stay?
Whether breakfast is included depends on the room rate you selected. Please check your booking details. You can also upgrade to BB (breakfast) upon arrival or pay daily at our restaurant.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from April 1 to October 31, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Does the hotel have a restaurant or bar?
Yes, we have a pleasant and cozy poolside restaurant/bar that is open from April 1 to October 31.
Is room service available?
No, but guests can order takeout by contacting the restaurant through the main phone line in their villa.
Can the hotel accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes, we have gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Please contact us in advance.
Do you have a kids' menu?
Yes, we have a children’s menu available.

All townhouses (except one) have an underground garage (free of charge). Outdoor parking is also available.
Facilities and Services
Does the hotel have a pool?
Guests can enjoy access to our pool during their stay. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Reserving lounge chairs or bringing any food or drinks into the pool area is not permitted. Glass is not allowed in the pool area.
Is there a children's pool?
Yes, we have a separate pool for children.
Is the pool heated?
No.
Is there a gym?
No, we don’t have a gym. There are gyms in Albufeira where you can purchase daily or weekly passes.
Is there a play area for children?
Sim.
How often is cleaning done?
Cleaning is done 5 times a week. It is not done the day after your arrival or the day before your departure. Cleaning is done after check-outs, usually in the afternoon until 5:00 PM.
How often are the towels changed?
5 times a week; if they aren’t needed, please leave them on the towel rack.
How often is the bedding changed?
The bedding is changed every 4 days.
Does the hotel have a switchboard?
Yes, all villas have a central phone to contact the front desk, the bar, or other villas.
How do I report maintenance work?
Please call the front desk using your main phone (dial 9). Maintenance services are available only until 6:00 PM.
What guest services does the hotel offer?
We offer tours for sale at the front desk and transfers to any location in the Algarve (additional fee). Guests can exchange currency at the front desk. We have a small library in the pool bar.
Does the hotel have foreign TV channels?
Yes, we have multilingual TV channels in every home.
Policies and Special Requests
Does the hotel allow pets?
Pet policies vary. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
Are children allowed at the hotel?
Yes, children are welcome.
Does the hotel have an age restriction?
Yes, passengers under the age of 21 may only check in if they are traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
Does the hotel have a group policy?
Yes, the hotel does not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties, student groups, or any other party groups.
Does the hotel offer affordable accommodations?
Unfortunately, since all the houses have two stories, they are not recommended for people with limited mobility.
Can I make any special requests for my stay?
Yes, special requests such as room preferences or celebrations can be added during the booking process and are subject to availability.
Safety and General Information
Is the hotel safe for guests?
Yes, we have CCTV cameras and a safe in the villa (extra charge).
What languages does the hotel staff speak?
The entire staff speaks Portuguese and English. Some staff members speak Spanish and French (this may vary depending on the team on duty).
How can I leave a review of the hotel or provide feedback?
