Reservations and Prices
How much does an apartment cost per night?
Prices vary depending on the type of apartment, season, length of stay, and availability. The price is always per apartment, not per person. Visit our reservations page to see the latest rates and special offers.
Are taxes and fees included in the price?
Yes, all mandatory hotel taxes and service charges are included in the final price, with the exception of the TOURIST TAX: In accordance with Regulation No. 448/2024, published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 2024, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per night, applies in the municipality of Albufeira.
Applicable to guests aged 13 or older.
Payable at check-in.
Applies to stays between April 1 and October 31, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Do you offer discounts or special rates?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for long stays, advance bookings, and seasonal promotions, subject to availability.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the room rate you have selected. Please review the cancellation terms provided before confirming your reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be modified or canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions of your reservation.
Is a deposit or prepayment required to reserve an apartment?
Some rates require a deposit or full prepayment. This information is clearly displayed during the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
Check-In and Check-Out
Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?
Yes.
What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, our hotel has a free luggage room that can be used before check-in and after check-out.
What documents are required for hotel check-in?
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Do they require a deposit at check-in?
The hotel reserves the right to request a refundable deposit of €300/£300 per apartment in cash for student groups, youth groups, or bachelor/bachelorette parties; guests will also be required to sign an agreement accepting the hotel’s code of conduct.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old if traveling without a parent or legal guardian.
What are the hotel rules?
No noise or music is permitted in the apartments between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.
Rooms and Amenities
What types of flats are available?
We have 4 types of apartments with 2 different views.
Studio with garden/street view (max. 2 people): 2 single beds, bathroom with bath/shower combination, kitchenette, balcony.
Studio with pool view (max. 2 people): 2 single beds, bathroom with bath/shower combination, kitchenette, balcony, south-facing.
One-bedroom apartment with garden/street view (max. 4 people): living room with pull-out sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with bath/shower combination, bedroom with 2 single beds.
One-bedroom apartment with garden/street view (max. 4 people): living room with pull-out sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with bath/shower combination, bedroom with 2 single beds, south-facing.
Do any of the flats have a double bed?
No, but we can convert two single beds into a double bed (please request in advance).
What amenities are included in the apartments?
All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a hairdryer, an ironing board (irons can be borrowed from reception upon payment of a refundable deposit of €20) and complimentary toiletries.
Is free Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, in the bar/restaurant and in the reception area.
Does the hotel have a switchboard?
Yes, all apartments have a central telephone for contacting reception, the bar, the restaurant or other apartments.
Do all the flats have a safe?
Yes, for an additional fee (€2.50 per day and a €20 refundable deposit). Please contact reception to collect the key.
Are the apartments non-smoking?
Yes, all apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking.
What amenities does the kitchenette have?
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
Are dish soap and a sponge included?
No, you can buy them at a local supermarket.
Does the hotel have a beauty salon?
Yes, with massages and treatments (at an extra cost).
Does the hotel have a hairdresser?
Yes.
Can I request an extra bed or a cot?
Cots are free of charge, but must be requested in advance. Extra beds are not available.
Does the hotel provide high chairs?
This can be requested in advance (additional charge).
Food and Beverages
Is breakfast included in the price?
Whether breakfast is included depends on the room rate you have selected. Please check your booking details. You can upgrade to BB (breakfast) on arrival or pay daily at our restaurant.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.30 am. We offer a buffet breakfast from 1 April to 18 November; at other times, we have five à la carte options.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, we have a restaurant open all day serving breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.
Does the hotel have a bar?
Yes, we have a main bar with an entertainment programme and a pool bar (open in high season).

Yes, we have gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Please contact us in advance.

Does the hotel have a pool?
Guests can enjoy access to our two swimming pools during their stay.
Is there a children's pool?
Yes, we have two separate swimming pools for children.
Is the pool heated?
No.
Does the hotel have an indoor swimming pool?
No.
Is there a games room?
Sim.
Is there a gym?
No, we don’t have a gym. There are gyms in Albufeira where you can buy day or weekly passes.
Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes, for an additional fee.
How often is cleaning done?
Cleaning is carried out 6 times a week. It is not carried out on the day after your arrival or on every 8th day of your stay.
Cleaning is carried out after check-outs, usually in the afternoon until 17:00.
How often are the towels changed?
6 times a week; if they are not needed, please leave them on the towel rack.
How often is the bed linen changed?
Bed linen is changed every 4 days.
How do I report maintenance work?
Please call reception via your main telephone line (dial 9). The maintenance service is only available until 6.00 pm.
What guest services does the hotel offer?
We offer tours for sale at reception and transfers to anywhere in the Algarve (extra charge).
Guests can exchange currency at reception. We have a library and a games room. BBQ evenings during the high season.
Does the hotel have foreign TV channels?
Yes, we have multilingual TV channels.
Policies and Special Requests
Does the hotel allow pets?
No.
Are children allowed in the hotel?
Yes, children are welcome.
Does the hotel have an age restriction?
Yes, passengers under the age of 21 may only check in if they are travelling with a parent or legal guardian.
Does the hotel have a group policy?
Yes, the hotel does not accept hen parties, stag parties, student groups or any other party groups.
Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?
Some studios with pool views are partially accessible; however, the hotel is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Can I make any special requests for my stay?
Yes, special requests such as room preferences or celebrations can be added during the booking process and are subject to availability.
Hotel Safety and General Information
Is the hotel safe for guests?
Yes, we have CCTV cameras and a safe in the flat.
What languages does the hotel staff speak?
The whole team speaks Portuguese and English.
How can I leave a review of the hotel or provide feedback?
